  1. Along the top, look for the business card icon (depicted via a box of business cards with a pencil)
  2. In the "Edit Business Card" form, on the left under "Fields," users highlight the desired field and click on either the upward or downward pointing arrow to reposition a line of text, moving it up or down.

Background Color

  1. Click on the Background: icon (on the far right with the yellow line)
  2. Choose a basic color (select a box and press OK) or choose a custom color by pressing "Define Custom Colors" (click anywhere on the color palette and click on "Add to Custom Colors")

  4. Check sample online business card to see if the selected color is as desired

The last section, "Edit," allows users to make changes to online business cards such as adjusting font size, bolding headings, or selecting text color. Once all changes have been made, OK is pressed to save the electronic business card.

  • Email business cards can be inserted into outgoing emails by opening the email program, selecting "New," then clicking on the Business Card icon and selecting a name from the list. The electronic business card loads and can be viewed by contacts.
